Originally used as Lactose pallets; these cardboard pallets are now the method of securing IQF shredded Mozz in containers in Whareroa. They allow airflow through themselves and they hold the void rigidly to keep the product in place. The Whareroa team have had another version made with the Vendor; the new version sits about another 1/3 taller; such that only one is required in a container per side; resulting in only one would replace the two in the middle picture below.
