They are 100% cardboard..all recyclable, all ISPM15 compliant, no packaging declarations are required.
They are shipped to client as a flat pack. Ie on a factory floor they won’t take up much space before use. They can be disassembled at their destination thus minimising space and if in good condition they can be reused.
Cardboard crates or bins come integral with their own DoubleEco cardboard pallet so no extra pallet required
We can supply multiple different sizes, the most popular is 1000x1000 and 1200x1000, and we can customised depending on your needs with some being optimised for container utilisation
Cardboard is allowed into hygiene areas where wood is often banned.
DoubleEco can manufacture special designs for very large crates
Can have multiple different wall heights per footprint so that cube can be optimised at time of packing. Walls can even be trimmed down to load height to minimise cube.
Different feet or bearer combinations are possible.
Can have extra inserts for extra strength if required.
Can have lightweight walls if being used as a ‘wrap’
